Warranty


At The Eonix, we design every product to last — and we stand by it. All of our products are covered by a comprehensive warranty, giving you confidence in every purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal residential or professional use, starting from the date of delivery.

Desktop Surface (wood or laminate) 2 Years
Ergonomic Chair (frame, mechanism, gas lift) 5 Years
Monitor Arm 5 Years

✅ What's Covered

  • Manufacturing or structural defects
  • Motor or control system failure (desks)
  • Mechanical failure of ergonomic chairs or monitor arms
  • Unexpected faults during normal use

❌ What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.)
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
  • Modifications not approved by The Eonix
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme environments
  • Cosmetic changes or wood grain variation
  • Shipping damage – this is handled separately
Note on Shipping: If your item is damaged or lost in transit, please report it within 7 days of delivery. These issues are handled separately from the product warranty.

2. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience a defect during the warranty period:

  • Email: Contact@theeonix.store
  • Include: Order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/videos
  • We’ll handle: Repairs or replacement with a new or refurbished part at our discretion

3. Optional Protection Plans

On select products, we may offer extended protection at checkout.

  • Covers accidental damage and/or mechanical failure after warranty ends
  • If offered, details will be shown on the product page or in your order confirmation

Disclaimer

This warranty is in place of all other warranties, express or implied. The Eonix's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items. We reserve the right to determine whether a claim is covered under this policy.
